With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in vocal performance, Jo-Anne Chrysochoos has spent much of her life bringing creativity and joy to others. She taught music at the college level for many years and has served as a church choir director in the area for more than 25 years. Jo-Anne also combined her artistic talents with her love of food and entertaining as co-owner of Pears and Peppercorn, a high-end catering company that served the local community for 10 years.

In August 2026, Jo-Anne began her sweetest venture yet—Sweet Notes Candy Co., offering a colorful candy store experience and beautifully designed candy tables for weddings, showers, birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions.

Drawing upon her background in music, education, catering, and event presentation, she creates memorable experiences where every detail works together in perfect harmony.
